If the delivered package was damaged from the outside, before opening the package take a few photographs of the damaged package which can be used for the assistant of a Velswa management team member, after that immediately contact us via Velswa support e-mail uploading the photographs of the damaged package. Based on the condition one of our team members will contact you and you have to return the package according to their guidance.
If the products inside the package were damaged same procedure mentioned above can be applied to those products too. But we specially mention that you can’t return fruits, vegetables, fresh meat, frozen products, beauty products and cooked food items. If there were any damage to the above-listed products you should contact support service within 1 hour of delivery and you have to provide the electronic receipt or a photograph of the printed receipt with damaged products to our team member.

After analysing the process the team member will refund the payment based on rights in the privacy and term conditions. This will take up to 14 working days.
